Here is another wall inspiration from my recent trip to Rio De Janeiro. This was outside the boutique of a favourite fashion designer of mine, Isabela Capeto... a few words from me this morning...
On the northern beaches of sydney, 2 coffees down I am enjoying a moment with my architect Father Max and Interior designer mother Penny and little gladys the golden retreiver. The studio has just required a record player which means that we are listening to old favourites from the 60s and 70s. Right now we are listening to "Year of the Cat" by Al Stewart - a scottish guy who was a huge success and then dissappeared!
I love sharing a studio with other creatives, Max still only uses a drawing board. His drawings are beautiful I have stupidly left me camera at home so I will have to post the photos later.
We like to look at each others different work and bounce off each other.
I have dreams to share a space physically with my friend Sarah . She is a very talented Gaphicdesign/artist/interiordesigner/creator/thinker - well she is working out her practice! We like to pretend every Thursday that we are in the same studio space, though I am in Sydney and she is in Melbourne!
